How do I block Junk Mail by sender?

  1. On the Home menu, click "Junk" and then click "Junk E-mail Options..."

    Select "Junk E-mail Options" from the Home menu

     

  2. Click the "Blocked Senders" tab
  3. Click "Add"

  4. In the "Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list" box, enter the name or address you want added
  5. Click "OK"

  6. Repeat steps 3 and 5 for each name or address that you want to add

Notes:

If you have existing lists of names and addresses that you want to block, you can import the information into Microsoft Office Outlook by saving the list as a text (.txt) file with one entry per line, and then importing the list.

Note:

If you have enabled the automatic junk email filtering function, please examine the junk mail folder regularly for avoiding wrongly blocked emails.
