The festival, which runs from 10 to 12 March, is a celebration of discovery, innovation and creativity by CityU students and staff. The Honourable Lam Woon-kwong, GBS, JP, Convenor of the Non-Official Members of the Executive Council, and Ms Mabel Cheung Yuen-ting, an acclaimed film director and producer, will be the official guests at the opening ceremony on 10 March. The second section, Learning&Discovery@CityU, will take place between 10 and 12 March. Teachers and students will share experiences and discoveries related to the Discovery-enriched Curriculum (DEC) through exhibits and sharing sessions. Participants can learn about “DEC 2.0”, intellectual property, entrepreneurship and how Innovation Commons can help them develop creative ideas.
