HK Tech Forum
A forum on “Advanced Matter and Materials” from 19 to 20 September will focus on the microelectronic packaging and mechanical behaviour of materials, the potential for linking microelectronic devices to biomedical applications, and the utilisation of copper cloth with (111) uni-directionally oriented nano-twin copper as a new electronic packaging matter for rapidly inactivating the COVID-19 virus; as well innovative approaches in alloy design to overcome the limitation of materials performances. The event is held under HK Tech Forum, which provides a platform for discussing new strategies and approaches to major challenges in science and technology.
