Forum on Clean Energy and Nuclear Safety 10 Years after Fukushima

Achieving net-zero carbon emission goals by 2050 as a means of avoiding catastrophic climate change strongly depends on targeted R&D and technological innovations. Co-hosted by City Univeristy of Hong Kong, National Tsing Hua University, Seoul National University and the Tokyo Institute of Technology, the online “Forum on Clean Energy and Nuclear Safety – 10 Years after Fukushima” brings together world experts on 10 March to discuss recent advances in low-carbon energy technology and nuclear safety, as well as to reflect on the Fukushima crisis that occurred ten years ago, in March 2011. Participants around the world will have the chance to share ideas and discuss insights on a range of energy- and sustainability-related topics. The General Chair will be President Way Kuo of CityU.
