  Customs and Excise Department is a progressive and forward-looking customs organization which contributes to the stability and prosperity of the community. Our missions are to protect the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region against smuggling, protect and collect revenue on dutiable goods, detect and deter narcotics trafficking and abuse of narcotic drugs, protect intellectual property rights, protect consumer interests, protect and facilitate legitimate trade and industry to uphold Hong Kong's trading integrity, and fulfil international obligations.
