Doctor of Juridical Science (JSD) Programme for Chinese Senior Judges was inaugurated in September 2010, which targeted at the Mainland senior judges. The JSD programme is designed against the backdrop of globalization. Through comparative analyses of different jurisdictions, the programme effectively broadens students’ vision and enhances students’ knowledge structure on the whole.
