Mr Eric Chen Zixiang

Mr Chen, founder of Vitargent (International) Biotechnology Limited, won the Grand Prix at the 43rd Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions. The technology, which was developed by CityU faculty, uses zebrafish embryos torapidly test for toxins in food.

Drawn to the rationality of science and the sensitivity of the creative arts, Mr Agrawal started his career as a member of the animation team for the film Coco, which won an Oscar for Best Animated Feature in 2018.
Ms Grace Lau Mo-sheung
- Winner of the Bronze medal in the Karate Women’s Kata in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics Games

Ms Lau represented Hong Kong as a full-time athlete to take part in various international tournaments. She made her debut in the Asian Games in August 2018, and became the first Hong Kong athlete to win a medal in the Games’ karate women's individual kata. In November of the same year, she won a bronze medal at the World Karate Championships, setting the best record for the Hong Kong team.
