This new classification system rewards excellent student performance and upholds academic standards and quality. Applied to all students admitted from 2020/21 onward, the system will recognise the top 15% graduates:
• summa cum laude (Highest Distinction) | top 2% |
• magna cum laude (High Distinction) | next 5% |
• cum laude (Distinction) | next 8% |
- Starting in 2021, Congregation will be held between May and June instead of November, and will be renamed Commencement.
