Phishing attacks continue to pose a significant threat to our online security, and it is crucial that we equip and refresh ourselves with the knowledge and skills to protect against those attacks.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security within our organization, we are pleased to introduce a new security awareness training platform focused on building security awareness.
We have selected a series of informative and practical videos that will help you understand and identify phishing scams more effectively.

We strongly encourage you to complete this training at your earliest convenience. To access these training videos, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Access https://training.knowbe4.com/ via Internet browser.
Step 2: Type in your CityU email. Click “Next”.
Step 3: Type in your CityU EID and password. Click “Sign In”.
Step 4: Select training material to start the training.
