We can help participants to reserve a hotel room on their behalf in two conveniently located hotels in Hong Kong where we booked a limited contingent of rooms on the special conference rate conditions. You will be asked to mention your wish for hotel reservation in your registration form, and the availability of rooms in these hotels will be on first-come-first serve base.
