Veterinary Community Outreach Van
Exterior Design Competition

We are inviting all BVM students to show your creative and passion for animals by designing a visually stunning wrap for our Veterinary Community Outreach Van! The van will serve as a crucial resource for the Veterinary Community Outreach Programme, enhancing access to preventitive veterinary health care and services within the community.

Use design software to design the wrap of the Veterinary Community Outreach Van.

Eligibility

All BVM students

Submission of entries

• Participants can submit no more than two entries.
• Each submission should be accompanied by a caption (about 50 words in either Chinese or English).
• Submissions should be sent to centre.awh@cityu.edu.hk. The subject line should read "VCOP Van Exterior Design". Participants should state clearly in the email their name, Student ID/Staff ID, and their contact phone number.
• The images should be submitted in A4 or A3 size. The JCC and CAHW logos, English and Chinese name of the "Veterinary Community Outreach Programme" and the side and back views of the van must be shown in the entry; the front view is optional.
• The resolution should be at least 300dpi (in PNG or JPEG format), and the file size should not be larger than 5MB. Participants may be required to provide the original files if their entries are selected.

Terms and Conditions

• The University reserves the right not to adopt any of the winning submissions and to amend any of the winning entries.
• All decisions made by the judging panel are final and may not be disputed at any level of the competition.
• Submitted entries will not be returned and will become the property of City University of Hong Kong.
• All entries must be original, unpublished work and must not infringe on the patent, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property of any third party. Entrants will be disqualified and held solely liable for any constituted or potential act of infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Entries must not contain violence, profanity, sex or a direct attack on an individual or organisation.
• Once the entries are submitted, the entrant is assumed to have read and understood the above rules and regulations, and agreed to abide by them.
• In submitting your design, you agree to assign the intellectual property rights of your design to the University if your entry is selected as one of the winners. Submitted works will not be returned. All submissions must be original, unpublished works.

Prize

A special prize will be awarded to the design winner.
