Course Aims

The course aims to examine the underlying principles governing the structuring of construction contracts. Methods of settling construction disputes will be introduced. Issues related to professional ethics and standard will be examined.  The operation of construction contracts under the PRC Contract Law regime will also be introduced.

Continuous Assessment: 50%
Examination: 50%
Examination Duration: 3 hours
To pass a course, a student must obtain minimum marks of 30% in both coursework and examination components, and an overall mark of at least 40%.
