Course Aims

The course aims to provide students with an understanding of the principles of the law of contract and tort as well as their applications in the construction industry. In this connection, the course introduces students the civil obligations arising from law of contract and tort.

Continuous Assessment: 50%
Examination: 50%
Examination Duration: 3 hours
To pass a course, a student must obtain minimum marks of 30% in both coursework and examination components, and an overall mark of at least 40%
