賀榮，女，漢族，山東臨邑人，1984年8月參加工作，1984年6月加入中國共產黨，中國政法大學法律系訴訟法學專業畢業，在職研究生學歷，法學博士學位。

現任最高人民法院黨組成員、副院長、審判委員會委員，二級大法官。
