Biography

I am a distinguished graduate of the National Veterinary School of Toulouse in France and hold a rich and diverse background in veterinary medicine. Following my education, I furthered my training with a rotating internship at the National Veterinary School of Nantes, before returning to Toulouse to assume the role of an assistant within the internal medicine team. My dedication and expertise led to me securing a residency position in the same institution, where I completed my training in internal medicine.

Subsequently, I joined a private referral practice near Paris, further advancing my career and ultimately achieving recognition as a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in 2018. For the following 5 years, I served as an internal medicine specialist in Biarritz, where my passion for continuous learning and advancement led me to contribute significantly to the ongoing education of veterinarians. I have also made substantial scientific contributions through authored and co-authored papers in renowned journals, as well as delivering lectures and presenting posters at the esteemed European Congress. I was thrilled the chance to join forces in VMC team last January.

Endoscopy, particularly in mini-invasive procedures, stands out as a key area of interest for me, alongside my fascination with endocrinology and haematology. I firmly believe in the importance of collaboration and teamwork in providing optimal care for our beloved pets, emphasizing that unity enhances our ability to provide the best possible outcomes.

Beyond my professional pursuits, Dr. Theron finds joy in mountaineering, climbing, and literature, while also indulging in my love for cheese and wine. My multifaceted interests and unwavering commitment to excellence are an asset to my mission of providing outstanding care for our animal companions.
