City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) Press participated in the CityUHK Innovation@Community Carnival from 2 to 5 January at D2 Place One in Lai Chi Kok. At the event, we showcased a selection of books and creative souvenirs, attracting numerous readers and creative enthusiasts with the charm of reading and innovation.
CityUHK Press displayed a curated collection of books, including the CityU TechVenture Series, CityU Legacy Series, and CityU Mastermind Series, as well as academic and professional books to inspire readers on various themes. Notably, the newly released CityUHK 30th anniversary commemorative book reviews CityUHK’s achievements and future vision, highlighting its commitment to research, community, innovative technology, and societal improvement.
In addition to a rich selection of books, CityUHK Press exhibited an array of creative and practical souvenirs. The brand-new 2025 “Recreate · Let’s Read” calendar was also unveiled at the event. The calendar not only features a “Monthly Reading Journey” to encourage regular reading, but also includes seed paper to help readers discover the joy of gardening.
The four-day event proceeded smoothly and successfully, offering visitors a blend of innovation and culture at CityUHK. CityUHK Press will further promote scholarship, knowledge dissemination, and showcase creative works at future events.
