To allow you to access all IT Services and Resources, a CityUHK Electronic ID (EID) is assigned to you for the duration of your employment in the University.
Once you have reset your password for your EID, you can login to your University e-mail account, the University's e-Portal and other network facilities. For a list of relevant IT Services and Resources, please refer to
