With most fitness activities and facilities unavailable under the pandemic, Physical Education Section of Student Development Services launched a series of “Exercising at Home” videos in order to encourage students and staff to keep healthy and release stress while staying at home, in student residence or in the office. Different levels of Tai Chi relaxation exercises, workout and yoga exercises were demonstrated, so that participants can choose the ones that suit their needs.
