Dr. Wen Su received her PhD in Statistics from the University of Hong Kong. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and Master of Science in Biostatistics from Columbia University. Dr. SUi's research interests include statistical machine learning, survival data analysis, longitudinal data analysis, causal inference, nonparametric inference, and semiparametric inference. Her research in survival analysis has been focused on developing novel statistical methods using deep learning techniques for analyzing complex time-to-event data, particularly in the context of medical research. She also conducts research and develops methods to estimate optimal decision rules for individualized treatment regimes, aiming to enhance the effectiveness and precision of treatment strategies by tailoring them to individual patient characteristics and needs.
