Master's Degree Student
Full-time Master's Degree Students in Government-Funded Programmes
The University offers student residence for full-time non-local Master's Degree students in Government-funded programs. Application will be administered on a yearly basis. The non-local students offered Government-funded (UGC) places for the Postgraduate Certificate in Law programme (PCLL) are eligible to apply for student residence.

Master's Degree Students in non-Government-Funded Programmes
Students on non-government-funded / self-financed Master's Degree programmes are not eligible for student residence and therefore should arrange their own off-campus accommodation as early as possible before arrival in Hong Kong.

Withdrawal from Student Residence
Residents who would like to withdraw from student residence should inform SRO by filling in the "Application for Withdrawal from Student Residence" form, obtainable from SRO, and shall comply with Regulations Governing Student Residence" and Fees and Payment Policies"
Please note that confirmation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

1. During Semester A
Withdrawal from Student Residence in Semester A
1.1 If residents decide to withdraw/check-out within the second week (specific deadline is listed on the withdrawal form) of the relevant academic year, residents are not required to pay the outstanding hall lodging fee of Semester A and the bedplaces of Semester B will be forfeited.
1.2 If residents decide to withdraw/check-out after the second week (specific deadline is listed in the withdrawal form) of the relevant academic year, residents will be liable to pay for the outstanding hall lodging fee of Semester A and the bedplaces of Semester B will be forfeited. No refund will be arranged if full fees have been already settled.
Withdrawal from Student Residence in Semester B
1.3 If residents decide to withdraw from Student Residence of Semester B, you should submit the application to SRO on or before the specific deadline which is listed on the withdrawal form. Successful residents are not required to pay hall lodging fee of Semester B.
1.4 If residents decide to withdraw/check-out after the specific deadline (listed on the withdrawal form), residents will be liable to pay for the hall lodging fee of Semester B. Late application will not be entertained.
2. During Semester B
2.1 There is NO withdrawal during Semester B.
2.2 If current residents decide to check-out earlier from Student Residence of Semester B, Residents will be liable to pay for the full hall lodging fee of Semester B.
2.3 For residents who are granted a Semester B offer only (eg. top-up from the waiting list or Ad-hoc round of Semester B), residents are liable for settling the confirmation fee and hall lodging fee of Semester B.
2.4 No refund will be arranged for any early check-out.
