Residence Tutor 2025/26

Eligibility

Full-time UGC-funded RPG & UG senior-year students normally possessing a CGPA of 3.0 or above, including:

• Nominative 4-year undergraduate students: have completed a minimum of 60 credit units
• 4-year undergraduate Advanced Standing I students: have completed a minimum of 30 credit units
• 4-year undergraduate Advanced Standing II students

* Student from one-year PCLL will be also considered.

Terms of Services

Service Period 2025/26

RT is expected and required to serve a whole residential year from:

• UG Halls (Hall 1-7, Hall 9-11@ KLN Tong):
  16 Jul 2025 - 15 Jul 2025
  (move-in RT room on 1 August 2025)
• PG Halls (Hall 8 and JCH@ KLN Tong):
  17 Aug 2024 - 16 Aug 2025
  (move-in RT room on 20 August 2025)

* Special arrangement will be made to RTs if respective halls are under renovation in summer.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants interested in RT position are expected to:

• Give consent to SRO in obtaining one’s CGPA and approaching referee directly on one’s suitability as RT
• Report duty as stated in the Terms of Services
• Attend RT Composite Workshop
• Attend RT Leadership Training Day
