Professor Zhu Guobin’s Interview with HK01 on the National Security Law
朱國斌教授就「港版國安法」接受《香港01》專訪

Professor Zhu Guobin, Director of the CPLR, was interviewed by the HK01 on the upcoming National Security Law for Hong Kong. In this interview, Professor Zhu talked about the impacts of the National Security Law on Hong Kong’s legal system, the improvement of the procedures for the NPCSC to interpret the Basic Law, and the completion of the appointment and removal of the HKSAR government officials. Professor Zhu also expressed his hopes and concerns about the central authorities’ reliance on “ruling Hong Kong in accordance with the law” in implementing the “One Country, Two Systems” principle.
