Teaching and Learning Arrangements for the Summer Term 2022

In view of the current public health situation in Hong Kong, the University hereby announces that the following flexible teaching and learning arrangements will be adopted for the Summer Term 2022:

1. Teaching will be delivered in a real-time interactive online format through Zoom via Canvas, the same platform we have been using since February 7, 2020.
2. Academic units have the flexibility to adjust the teaching arrangements for their courses based on pedagogical and other practical considerations, and to decide whether certain courses will be delivered in a mixed-mode format, i.e. with both online and face-to-face sessions, or in a face-to-face mode. Students who are unable to attend face-to-face classes for health-related reasons should contact their course teachers for alternate arrangements.
3. Mid-terms and final examinations for the Summer Term 2022 will be conducted online.
4. The University welcomes students on campus. Everyone who comes to the campus is reminded of the need to adhere to Government and University safety and health guidelines.
