Welcome to City University of Hong Kong! We're delighted you have chosen to become part of our university community. To give you a better understanding of your learning environment and the student support services offered by the University, an Orientation will be organised by the Chow Yei Ching School of Graduate Studies (SGS).
The programme will include presentations by various parties, such as SGS, Student Development Services, the Hong Kong Tech 300 Team, etc., as well as an alumni sharing session.

Notes to Students:
- Acceptance of registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The two sessions are identical, so please register for either one of them only once. If you register for more than one session, we will consider your latest submission (i.e., the last submission).
- If you would like to change your preferred session or cancel your registration, please submit a new registration with your revised choice via the online form, subject to the availability of places.
- Results of successful registration will be announced via email to your CityUHK email address in late August 2024. Please stay alert.
- In case of Typhoon Signal Pre-No.8 or above or "Extreme Condition" announced after super typhoons or Rainstorm Black Warning, the Orientation Programme will be postponed to 1 September 2024 (Sunday). The time and venue will remain unchanged.
