Course Aims | ||||||||||
This course aims to develop students’ ability to analyse and evaluate the importance of various topics in the study of Chinese ancient classics. It will demonstrate the content and significance of unearthed materials, such as bamboo-books and silk-books from the 20th century to present, as well as the innovative application of reference books and online materials for Chinese information retrieval. The course will also help students grasp traditional annotation techniques for the study of Chinese ancient classics. | ||||||||||
