Being the founder of his start-up company, Suzhou Nuflux Co., Prof. Penghao DUAN received the National High-level Talent Program Award of Qi Ming Project (啟明計畫) held by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China. 

This company mainly focuses on the development of the next-generation aero-engine blade design software. The company is also recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise (國家高新技術企業).
