On November 4th, Our BEng Aerospace Engineering major leader Prof. YANG Yong and Deputy major leader Prof. JING Xingjian, visited Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group (HKATG). The visit was part of the department's outreach efforts in collaborating with the Hong Kong Aerospace industry for the new major.

HKATG is Hong Kong's first satellite R&D and manufacturing company. Quoting from HKATG website, 'We are serving the global commercial aerospace whole satellite design and customization, satellite payload design and customization, satellite spare parts design and customization, AIT and TT&C in the upstream and downstream industrial ecosystem. The main products designed and built via HKATG generally cover optical remote sensing satellites, radar satellites, communication satellites, etc., and are committed to actively promoting the vigorous development of the global aerospace industry.'
