It is powered by Speech AI and Generative AI/ChatGPT technologies and is now available at the Library's main entrance kiosk. This cutting-edge digital assistant, developed by Central IT and optimized by the Library team, signifies new generation and forward-thinking helpdesk services that are more convenient, consistent, and sustainable.

The Voice Bot is well-trained to answer frequently asked questions and provide essential library information, enabling users to interact effortlessly with the Voice Bot through voice commands. Its high availability and autonomy guarantee continuous and handy assistance and can complement traditional manned counter service to offer comprehensive assistance.

With proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua, the Voice Bot facilitates seamless communication across diverse user groups. The Voice Bot is able to accurately deciphering intricate queries and delivering swift responses, irrespective of language preferences.
