On 21 September 2024, the Jockey Club College of Veterinary Medicine and Life Sciences (JCC) proudly hosted its inaugural Graduate Students Research Gala. This highly anticipated event not only celebrated the remarkable achievements and innovative research efforts of our graduate students but also exemplified our commitment to the JCC Strategic and Operational Plan 2024 – 2028.
Over 200 PhD students in JCC showcased their research through oral or poster presentations. The event was graced by the presence of our Plenary Speaker, Prof. Malik Peiris, Tam Wah-Ching Professor in Medical Science, Chair Professor of Virology of the School of Public Health of the University of Hong Kong, to share with us his solid and invaluable experience on the importance of interdisciplinary research.
