Information on chemotherapy is everywhere but how many of us are comfortable administering chemotherapy in our clinic? Are we aware of safe handling methods? Do we know of the possible risks involved in handling chemotherapy? How do we identify adverse effects to chemotherapy in our patients? Dr Shasta Lynch, European specialist in Veterinary Oncology, will walk us through the “Do’s and Don’ts” of chemotherapy for cancer, so all veterinarians feel empowered to offer chemotherapy safely in their practice.
