Video Wall / TV Panel
CIRO, which is responsible for producing University-level promotion / marketing programmes, maintains two video walls and one TV panel on campus:
- The entrance to the Festival Walk tunnel
- G/F of Lau Ming Wai Academic Building
The programme playlist is centrally managed and the TV content is the same.
The TVs serve as the University's central publicity and promotion channel. The primary function of the broadcasts is to build CityUHK's image in support of our brand personality: “Making a difference through excellence in research and professional education.”

Event TV Panel
There is a set of three identical LCD TV panels sitting next to the security guard kiosk on the 3M Bridge, two of which are dedicated to displaying event information. All departments and units are welcome to submit posters promoting open events; closed door events are not advised for here.

Spotlight is located at a very prominent spot on the home page of the University website. It is a very direct and efficient way to promote an event.
