Our Vision

To provide responsible leadership and systematic guidance to preserve and enhance the physical environment of CityU in support of education, research and community outreaches. We are working diligently to ensure the effectiveness in discharging our duties and responsibilities.

Our Role

At the institutional level, CDO is the University's central agent in:

• Planning and developing campus buildings, buildings and grounds;
• Preserving and safeguarding CityU's built asset and facilities;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory regulations and requirements;
• Offering a peaceful, safe and sustainable campus to the University community.

From a user's perspective
CDO is a service delivery partner of the University community that is offering and managing a wide range of supporting services, allowing the University to function efficiently and effectively.
