This course provides students with a way to apply conceptual material about operations management to real-world business practices of multinational corporations. develop students' analytical ability to identify key issues related to the global operations management, and to utilize limited resources to provide alternatives and to make recommendations to meet customers' demands and expectations in the most efficient way.
