Course Aims | ||||||||
To introduce students to Business and Law - To introduce students to the Legal System of Hong Kong, Contract Law, Tort Law, Employment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. - To develop an understanding of the basic principles relating to the Legal System of Hong Kong, Contract Law, Tort Law, Employment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. - To develop an understanding and appreciation of the relevance of law to the students' major discipline. - To enable students to pursue an in depth study of some of the contract and tort issues which have particular relevance to the students' major discipline. | ||||||||
