Course Aims | ||||||||||
The aim of this course is to develop the student's expertise in a chosen subject area directly related to the programme, through the application of knowledge, skills and information technology acquired during the programme in developing a solution to a specific information systems problem. | ||||||||||

# The project is to be prepared and submitted in accordance with the standards specified by the Project Supervisor. Where appropriate, the Project Report will be accompanied by a soft copy of the whole report, including any software developed as part of the project. The Project will be assessed on the written project and the delivered information systems product if appropriate. The project report, including the software deliverable if any, will be marked by the supervisor. In addition, a student may be required to make an oral presentation of the project. The oral presentation will not be marked. It will be used to confirm that the work presented in the project was that of the student, to clarify points of concern in the project, and to moderate individual marks across the student cohort (if any). | ||||||||||
