Course Aims | ||||||||||
This course aims to provide an opportunity for students to link theories to practices and to contribute to solve real-world problems encountered by public organisations with their new ideas and innovative practices. Students will work in groups, liaise with leaders and practitioners in the public sector (e.g., government agencies, non-governmental organisations, think tanks and political parties) identify an area or problem that requires attention and come up with a comprehensive and actionable proposal that can improve the public organisation. Upon finishing the course, students will develop their ability to analyse synthesise think critically, solve problems, and make decisions on real-world complex issues that can emerge in a workplace. | ||||||||||
