Online Pre-enrolment
Every new student is given an Electronic ID (EID). The EID allows students to check emails, obtain course materials, receive announcements from the University, etc.
Please follow the instructions at the Online Pre-enrolment System to perform pre-enrolment:
- Activate EID
- Accept the "Declaration for New Bachelor's Degree Students upon Enrolment"
- Update personal contact information
- Indicate choice in the use of personal data in direct marketing
- Complete the “Declaration on Insurance Agreement” (for non-local students only)
- Upload photo for student identity card
- Complete health questionaire
If students are aged under 18 on the day they come to the University for new student enrolment, they are also required to have the Parental Consent Form duly completed by their parent/guardian and submit it during enrolment on-campus.

Note: Students admitted through JUPAS are required to complete the online pre-enrolment when accepting the JUPAS offer. After completing the online pre-enrolment (except photo upload), please wait for 48 hours for us to update all the relevant databases before logging in AIMS to upload photo.
If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the page contents and the Academic Regulations (AR), rules and guidelines, the AR, rules and guidelines shall prevail.
