The CityU GPT chatbot utilizes the Microsoft Azure OpenAI service to offer a secure and confidential generative AI environment for our staff and students. It can be accessed through the "IT and Library Services" section on the CityU Portal. We provde the GPT-3.5 (ChatGPT) & GPT-4 to all staff members and students free to use with monthly usage quota is enforced.
