Course Aims

In this course, students will explore the essential areas of discrete mathematics crucial to information engineering. They will dive into fundamental concepts and discover their connections to exciting fields like cryptography and coding theory. Additionally, they will develop skills to apply discrete mathematics to solve real-world engineering challenges.

Examination: 50%
Examination Duration: 2 hours
Remark:
To pass the course, student are required to achieve at least 30% in the coursework and 30% of the examination.
