3. Do not take advantage of other residents. This is primarily a directive not to steal from other residents. But if someone has something stolen, it is his responsibility to do something about it himself. Fellow residents cannot intervene and staff should never be involved.
4. Share what you have. Residents are expected to be relatively generous towards other residents with regard to money, clothing and alcohol. Even drugs should be offered to close friends and sold to others if there is a surplus.
