Use sequence probes to reconstruct the order of events
From experience probes, you learn what the interviewee knows first-hand, and you usually giver more weight to information provided by an eyewitness than to indirect reports.
It is my understanding that everyone in the group has undergone open heart surgery. Does that apply to the staff as well as the members?
