黃可一
Huang Keyi
1980年出生於湖南，1995–1999 年就讀於中央美術學院附中。1999–2003年就讀於中央美術學院版畫系。2003–2006年中央美術學院版畫系碩士研究生。2006年8月至今供職於中央美術學院。
Born in 1980 in Hunan, Huang attended the affiliated high school of the China Central Academy of Fine Arts from 1995 to 1999. Between 1999 and 2003 he studied printmaking at the China Central Academy of Fine Arts, where he then pursued his master’s degree from 2003 to 2006. Huang has been working at the China Central Academy of Fine Arts since August 2006.

「藝術家黃可一從淘寶購買國畫牡丹「樣本」的行為作為起點，重建了一個傳統主題的當代美學與商業的雙重模型，其中不但包括他對洛陽牡丹村的社會調研，也包括基於 3D 圖形的電腦多維類比、複合媒體表演，還包括對「產品」的線上眾籌與出售等後續推進。作為中國傳統文化和繪畫的典型符號，牡丹肇始於人工培植，其美學也建構於近千年中國人世俗哲學的吉祥心理。在今天，伴隨著商業和消費的迅速崛起，這種審美迅速演化為一種社會現象。通過《擊鼓傳花》，黃可一力圖深入探討歷史與現實、藝術與社會、個人與集體在今天的複雜融匯。」
“In Everybody Loves Peonies, Huang presents a series of works focused on a traditional Chinese theme – peonies. Wang purchased samples of traditional Chinese peony ink paintings from Taobao, China's largest online marketplace, and reconstructed this traditional theme with modern aesthetics, highlighting its commercialization. Wang also examined the "Peony Village" in Luoyang, creating a performance through multi-dimensional simulation and composite media. He also organized online crowd-funding for his “products” and managed the sales after the exhibition.
Peony is an auspicious symbol in traditional Chinese culture and paintings, (representing fortune). They have been cultivated artificially in history. Their aesthetic value grew with the desire of good fortune, with which they have deep rooted Chinese associations going back nearly a thousand year. As commercialization and materialism have grown exponentially. As commercialization and materialism has grown, such kind of appreciation for peonies has also become a social phenomenon (where people just blindly love peonies).
With these works of art, Huang explores the complex interplay between history and reality, art and society, and individuals and the collective.”
