Tobi Eniolu MORAKINYO is currently a PhD candidate at City University of Hong Kong. He earned his first degree and master degree in Meteorology in Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria in 2008 and 2012 respectively. His research interest includes urban air quality, urban and building climatology, and sustainable built environment.
