This cutting-edge course covers important topics relating to the Hong Kong legal system and ‘One Country, Two Systems’. These include sources of law, the court system, the legal profession, and the constitution of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the People’s Republic of China. The course will be delivered by way of a programme of lectures and interactive tutorials, and is designed to be accessible to non-lawyers.
