GE2223 - Interpersonal Skills and Positive Personal Development - 積極個人成長及人際技巧

This course aims to equip students with professional knowledge & skills to manage interpersonal interactions and for lifelong personal development. The course content would be organized into two parts. Part One focuses on Intra-Personal Development, which includes topics such as self-awareness, self-actualization, stress management, happiness, and so on. Part Two is about Inter-Personal Development, which includes topics like love, marriage, family, group, group influence, and so on. The course would adopt an experiential learning approach to facilitate teaching and learning, which emphasizes students’ active participation in the whole learning process.
