Official Course Syllabus

This course covers the concept and origin of the city, its growth and development, the role of the government in city development, urban climate and greening issues, quality of life, urban economics, practical issues for urban communities, vision-broadening studies of neighbouring cities and sustainable development goals.

It includes a number of activities in addition to lectures, including short field trips, virtual tours, tutorials, workshops and oral presentations.
