Official Course Syllabus

This course focuses on regional and global energy and environmental challenges. Students will gain knowledge as well as form a critical thinking on human impact on the environment by participating in the lectures, class discussion and debates, and film screening. Working out individual essays and group projects will allow students to reflect on the cultural, scientific, economic, and political aspects of environmental problems, demonstrate their capacity for self-directed learning, and engage in informed discussions on contemporary environmental issues.
