Adrienne Lam is a Research Assistant at the Centre for Public Affairs and Law, City University of Hong Kong. She is a PhD student at the Faculty of Law, University of Hong Kong (HKU), with research interests in the Chinese Constitution, the Hong Kong Basic Law, the Hong Kong National Security Law, and the Greater Bay Area.
