Course Aims | ||||||||
This course will provide students with advanced understanding of a particular Asian society or region. It trains students to conduct in-depth analysis of the selected Asian society or region by using problem-based learning method. With the guidance of the instructor, students will work in small groups and identify a problem of the society and explore ways to solve the problem. Through team work and problem-based learning, students will demonstrate the ability to identity, analyse, appraise and solve problems in collaborative and innovative ways. The acquired knowledge and skills will enhance students’ employability in organizations working on regional projects. | ||||||||
