Course Aims

This course aims to introduce transnational and comparative corporate law issues; international corporate practices, particularly international merger, acquisition and corporate restructuring; the internal organization, governance and finance of multinational enterprises.  This course will also improve students’ understanding of corporate law through a comparative approach.
